Is there a way to get UH to get AT&T to install 5G antennas on campus?

Currently, UH service is hot garbage. I reckon they should upgrade it and they might as well install 5G. 5G is starting to be a common thing now on phones and it will help with the dense traffic. Also apparently it is “backwards compatible”? Like it can support 4G? I’m not sure.
