Is there a way to anonymously pay someone’s property taxes in Harris County?

One of my buddies is having a hard time. Lost his job with covid last year and right when he started working again, he ran into a bunch of health issues. He’s unemployed and depressed.

He is delinquent on his taxes in 2020 and mentioned he isn’t able to pay 2021. I want to pay off his taxes but don’t want him to know it was me because I don’t want him to feel like he owes me anything.

Any way to pay it off for him without identifying myself?
