Is there a tailgating culture at MMP?

Me and my dad made a day trip to KC for a day trip and to check out the Royals’ ballpark in part of a ballpark tour before I leave for college. We don’t live in Houston anymore and I’ve only been to one game in person and it was a night game where we didn’t get to stay long before and after. In KC, even with the worst team in baseball, hundreds of fans tailgated the game which is something I never really considered happening at reg season MLB games. Is there a similar culture in Houston that I haven’t been able to witness or does something prevent it?
