Is the university of houston clear lake library open to the public?

As the title says. Just curious if it’s open to people who aren’t students as I think it’d be a nice place to self study/work instead of at the usual coffee shop.

The usual r/uhcl subreddits isn’t very active so, I wanted to ask here and see if I could get any opinions/help.
