Is the Texans Hard knocks season still worth watching for a new Texans fan?

New fan here. NFL noob as well lol.

Not sure if it’s worth my time watching the hard knocks season seeing as it’s almost a decade ago.

What do you guys think?

I don’t really understand how much a teams culture changes over a decade or whether the same players are still here or not.

So perspectives would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance 👊.
