Is the Sauce Garner talk a smokescreen?

No way Nick is making his decision so openly known. I’m speculating he’s realized nobody is trading up for these QB’s at 3 so he’s stirring up noise for Sauce Gardner in hopes a team decides to jump the Jets (maybe the Giants?)
