Is the orange-billed hat dead?

One of my favorite parts of the current uniform set has always been the navy hat with the orange bill, but I haven't noticed them wearing it in a while. Maybe I wasn't paying attention, but I actually don't remember seeing it at all the past couple seasons.

Have they officially phased this out?
