Is the old IAH Subway between terminals still working?

It's been years since I've used it. But, with the terminal C/D/E construction mess going on right now, I'm thinking about just dropping off at A or B and then riding it to get to terminal D. The last time I went into terminal C, we sat in traffic for a solid 25-30 minutes and it was a nightmare.
