Is the housing market starting to cool?

I’ve been casually looking at home prices for the last 6 months, specifically setting my limit at $350,000. The last 3 weeks I’ve been receiving a lot of notices of new listings, way more than I seemed to receive a few months ago. Similarly, it seems like homes have been sitting on the market longer.

I don’t know if it’s all the copium in my head or if it’s actually happening. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?
