Is the area around IAH relatively safe?

Hello. California native, 33F with Husband 34M, planning to move into the Houston area. I’ll be working at IAH My Husband and I were looking into neighborhood near the airport and we saw that some areas seemed pretty good. Are there any other areas around IAH that are safe or unnsafe?
