Is Subletting a Heights apartment difficult?

I recently got an interview for a job in DC. There’s no guarantees yet, but I’m already thinking ahead of myself anyway.

I’m mainly stuck because of my lease on an apartment in the lower heights area/Sawyer Heights area. I pay $1125 a month for a one bedroom, and my lease doesn’t end until July of next year. I would need someone to cover my lease from January until July. There’s no deposit and my utilities come out to be ~$90 a month. I would be happy to sweeten the deal and offer to pay first month’s rent, but i’m still worried I won’t find anyone to sublet.

Would this seem like a good deal to anybody? This opportunity in DC feels like something I can’t pass up.
