Is subfloors a structural component?

I’m living in a condo and my subfloors is lightweight concrete and plywood below. According to HOA, subfloor is my responsibility if it’s damaged. HOA does mention that anything structural is not my responsibility. So wouldn’t subfloors technically be a structural component though?
