Is some respiratory virus going around that isn’t covid?

Not testing positive for covid which I also had 2 months ago but have had cough, congestion, fatigue for a week. Had low grade fever one day but nothing else. I’m wondering if anyone knows if there is something going around. The chest cough has been really intense and now my kids have it too.
