Is smallball just not a thing anymore?

…or am I just complaining on the couch because it's not as easy as it seems?

I've seen this multiple times, but today's game in the bottom of the 8th was a prime example. Down by 1, runners on first and second, Tucker not having the greatest ABs lately. Why not bunt the runners to 2nd and 3rd?

The next flyout to left would have been a sac fly. I love big hits as much as the next person, but I'm not understanding why there's so many opportunities we are failing to just move runners over easily.
