Is Rhythm Energy any good?

Moving soon and considering signing up with them for electricity. Their fees don't look too bad, and their fixed-rate plans look doable, especially at 500KW/h per month (moving to a small apartment so I figured that would be the best estimate). If anyone uses them I'd appreciate the input. Shopping for energy here is…a lot.
