Is property value protest deadline May 20th this year?

The general protest deadline is May 15th or 30 days from the notice date. Since Harris county began sending out notices on April 19th, homeowners have 30 days from the notice date. May 19th being a Sunday, the last date would be Monday May 20th 2024. Am I reading that right?
