Is Pepper Twins on Gray closed permanently?

Was trying to order online and the website is down, and nobody is answering the phone. Google says "Permanently Closed." I was there a few days ago picking up something from Fed-Ex next door and it looked like business as usual. Any ideas what happened? EDIT: Update it's closed. submitted by /u/Snapperlicious |
