Is now a good time to buy land? 5-10 acres in the country in southwest area

Wondering if now is good time to buy some land at very good price? Any advise? leads? websites? realtors who can help?

I am looking for 5-10 acres or more, anywhere in southwest as I live in Sugarland and it needs to be at driving distance. Wooded area will be great. Planning to have a small farm with few horses for my kids and myself.

I plan to pay cash, no loan….
