Is Neo at Ten (14805 Grisby Rd) an okay apartment to live?

I got evicted a few months ago and have a company (Done Deal) helping me get a place, just wondering if anyone has any info on these apartments? I've checked crime maps and such but It would be nice to get some feedback from others who live(ed) there, thank you!
