Is Mixon’s Memories Museum still open?

Hi, I'm going to be in the Houston area next month and I'm trying to find out if Mixon's Memories Museum is still open. I'm traveling internationally so it's hard to call the phone number and find out.

The last evidence I can find of its existence is a news story from 2019, but that's a long time ago… Can anyone help? Thanks.
