Is Jonathan Owens still a Texan?

With his recent marriage, I've seen a lot of media outlets referring to him as a Texan, but I thought his contract expired after 2022, and I cannot find anything about him being extended or resigned. Sporttrac also has his deal as expired and him as a FA.

Not trying to be a jerk, I would love him back, especially in a depth role, but I legitimately cannot find info on it and am wondering if I'm just dumb.
