Is it worth doing a truck repair shop in Houston?

Hey everyone, it's almost 3 am here & i know it's a horrible time to get some comments probably lol but My partner & I run a truck repair shop in North Dakota. We have been thinking about and researching on starting a shop or acquiring a truck repair shop in Houston & another state

If there are truck drivers or owner operators in this community, can you share some insights on things you have come across with repair shops and that you don't like?

If there are truck repair shop owners, if you'd like to share some insights, that will be great too. We don't mean to steal businesses. I have personally recommended other truck repair shops when ours is at full capacity or sometimes even just recommending when I feel someone is not getting business as much as we do as long as they do high quality work.

We have done our fair share of research as well but love to get some other unbiased perspective on it too
