Is it Super Bowl or bust this year for y’all?

Surely not the first time this has been asked,but seeing how this team has played 3 games into preseason,how our backups played,barring significant injuries…is it Super Bowl or this year was a massive disappointment for y'all? Or is it a success if we make it to the AFC Championship?

For me, there are a couple of variables. Personally,if we make it to uncharted waters,(AFC Championship,Super Bowl), then this season is a massive success. I want to see this team go places it's never been before.

But, if we do lose in the Wild Card or Divisional round,whether or not its a massive failure of a season will be how we play against the big dogs in the regular season. How will we handle the Dolphins, Chiefs,and Ravens within a 10 day span? How will we handle the Lions? If those games are competitive and come down to a game winning drive,and they fall short,it.would be disappointing, but i would be fine with that. If we get blown out 31-3,then something is clearly wrong here,and they're not nearly as good as we thought they were.

Anyway, all of that just to say,if they're competitive against the Dolphins,Ravens,and Chiefs whether they win or lose in the regular season,but ending up losing in the Wild Card or Divisional, I would have something to hang my hat on,because that's progress. That's where I stand on it. Y'all?
