Is it me or does it seem like the further out into the burbs you are, the fewer people are masking up?

Today, I had to dash into the Woodlands Mall and it was like 95% umasked.

I noticed this in Dallas as well. In the north area around Plano, almost no one is masked but as you make your way into the Galleria area, way more masks.
