Is it me or do most storms seem to happen in Fridays? Is time cyclical?

I've been living here since October and one stark observation I've made is that the vast majority of storms or rain events happen Friday afternoon to night The VAST majority. Today is obviously an example of that. But I make long distance trips every Friday and most of the rain or storms have happened on those days.

It also lines up with my personal conspiracy that we're on a series of regular time loops where predictable events occur every so often in order to make the algorithm in which we live less of a hassle to program. BUT that's another thread.

Can anyone confirm my suspicion?
