Is it just me, or UPS sucks?

I try to avoid UPS like the plague but whenever the seller uses UPS and theres no way to change that, they never leave the package at my house under the correct address. I did place a complaint in the past so I'm not sure if I'm being targeted or not. Anyone has the same experience?
