Is it just me or are Houston food trucks overrated?

Idk if it’s just Houston or my taste buds in general. But I’ve had some bomb food from food trucks around the states but the ones in Houston seem to be underwhelming. Maybe it’s having to stand in long lines, for 30 minutes, for overpriced, small portions? Or maybe I’ve just had bad luck? Anyone else can relate?
