Is it easy to turn out on Westheimer?

Yes, I know. You can but as a semi-new driver trying to drive the inside streets to the Galleria, it scares the s**t out of me trying to switch three lanes.

Basically, I’m coming from Sage Rd and want to park at Saks 5th. If I wanted to turn out to go home, I’d have to turn out to Westheimer and switch three lanes to go to the left turn only lane, where I’ll be doing a Uturn to get back back on Sage. Does it sound doable? Or is traffic always backed up on Westheimer?
