Is It A Good Idea To Buy This $250k McMansion In Missouri City TX (Suburb Of Houston)?

Yesterday, I was searching for houses in Texas on Redfin and I found out this house. I was so surprised that this 3520 sqft McMansion was only listed for sale for $250k (down from 525k in May of 2021). Is this a good house to buy and invest in or should I just skip it for other houses?
