Is is possible to get an allergy test done in Houston without having to go to a doctor first?

I'm trying to get an allergy test in Houston (the one with multiple pricks) and don't have insurance. I'm calling around to different places and finding that the test itself costs like $400-$500 (which is OK) and the "doctor consultation" is $200-$300. Is there any facility where I can just get the test done and see the results without having to talk to a doctor and having to pay a consolation fee?
