Is Houston ok? I saw you from the air.

I recently flew into Houston for a layover. Beautiful by the way. But I also noticed people's lawns. Most of them were brown. I live in Utah, and we've had water restrictions before because we're a desert climate, but this year we've had plenty of rain.

I've heard it's been really hot in Texas this year. Have your yards suffered just from the heat or something else? I'm very curious about what other cities go through, because I've only lived in mine for a long time. I even took pictures from the plane because I was so surprised.
