Is getting 7% off your property taxes after protesting, along with no hearing a good amount?

Did my appraisal about 2 weeks ago and just got an agreement with no hearing needed. They took off about 7% and all I did was provide my claim as to why I felt the way I did.

Am just wondering if 7% is good or should I have requested more since they agreed so easily haha. Also please share your experiences this year so I know what to expect next year!
