Is cycling, skating, e-skating allowed in the tunnels?

Hello, I searched the sidebar and the internet in general but I can't seem to find the answer to this question. I just found out about the tunnels and will be visiting downtown Houston in a week for the first time. Am I allowed to bike or e-skate inside of the tunnels?
