Is Baggage Recheckin Required?

I am planning a travel from Guadalajara to Delhi via Houston/Dubai.

The GDL-IAH leg is by United and rest is Emirates. I have one ticket for the entire journey booked via Emirates.

Do I need to recheckin my bag in Houston? There is a terminal change from E to D. I have 3.5 hrs layover.
