Is any one hearing the sound of constant ship horn in the Med Center Area?

it’s like 6am right now but there’s a constant (lasted at least 15min by now) loud “ship-horn-like” sound near the bayou.

Got woken up by this sound. Opened the window to check and it’s SUPER LOUD outside!

It could be drill sound or aircraft sound, but it’s a low CONSTANT sound which is annoying and sounds concerning.

Does anyone else hear this sound?
