Is a "Free Nights a Solar Days" enery plan worth it?

I'm moving houses and curious if one of these plans is worth the higher kwh price. I can get 18 cents per kwh with free nights(8 PM-5 AM) or a flat 9 cents kwh price. Will the free nights make up for it in Houston. Or is it too damn hot during the day for that to work out?
