Is $80/foot for fencing replacement a ripoff? Any recommended fencing companies?

Looking to replace 24 total feet of good neighbor fencing along two sides (12 feet each side) of patio home and was quoted $1900 total or $950 for each side comprising of:

• 12’ of 7’ wood fence good neighbor fence using:
• ​1×6 cedar pickets
• ​3 – 2×4 treated pine rails
• ​2×12 treated base board
• ​4×4 treated pine post set in concrete
• 12’ tear and haul

I've reached out to a couple other fencing companies given the pricing is coming out to ~$80/ft, which seems excessive. I've seen pricing quotes [1] [2] range from $25/ft to $35/ft over the past two years (depending on wood cost variance) but know 7 foot fence would be a little higher.
