Is $1675 for a 3 bed in East Houston reasonable?

I am potentially moving to Texas and looking at rental properties. I found a 3 bed 2 bath for $1675 and I don't know if this is a good deal or not? I am looking at areas close by my work, within a 30 minute drive ideally, but am not married to East Houston. Hoping for opinions, thank you
