IP Lawyers in Houston or Online

Hi Houston,

I'm trying to find an IP lawyer for 2 things. I just want to make sure that I'm not getting totally destroyed on a contract.

1. I need a new contract to be looked over to see where and if I'm getting screwed.
2. I need to see if this new contract has any conflicts of interest with another contract I have for a different product from a different company.

I don't know if it matters but this is in regards to comics, merch rights, and ip rights.
