Intimate, chill place for dinner tomorrow night that’s not $$$?

I have a rare last minute date night opportunity tomorrow night and am looking for somewhere chill and cozy with decent food and a menu that isn’t going to break the bank. Really don’t want to go anywhere where I’ll be shouting across the table. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
