Internship apartment recommendations?

Hi! I will be interning in downtown Houston this summer and am hoping to get advice on housing. I’m hoping to stay near $1200 for a one bedroom but could go up to around $1500 if it’s near downtown. I’d love to be within walking distance of the office but I’m not sure if any apartments downtown will let me sign a 3 month lease/if my budget will allow it. I am also open to staying in a Rice/UH student’s apartment too. If I had to commute, I’d prefer a under a 20 minute drive. Does anyone have apartment recommendations? Even the name of a complex you’ve had good luck with is greatly appreciated, thank you!
