International terminal e pickup this week

My mom is flying back on Thanksgiving to IAH terminal E. I will need to meet her at the arrivals hall. What is my best option to park at IAH? My mom is disabled and cannot walk a lot so pls let me know if I should park at terminal E and can drive out of there easily OR park at a different terminal and take train OR park at an offsite lot and take a parking shuttle or uber to parking? We have to drive to Austin so time and ease of exit is important. Thank you
