Intermodal logistic firm IMC Cos. acquires Houston-based Empire Truck Lines
The acquisition increases IMC’s truck capacity and also allows Gulf Intermodal Services (an IMC brand) and IMC to offer its customers a full-service depot in the Houston market, which includes container lifts and storage.
