Interior decorator / furniture shopper

Hi all, my wife and I are furnishing a living room, game room, and home office and would love to hire an interior decorator that could help us lay out the space and pick out furniture. My Google results have turned up a bunch of very high-end firms when I feel like we're looking for something a lot more basic.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

The previous posts on this topic looked like they had great results but they are many years old at this point so I thought it's time for a new thread.
