Insurance for recovery center

I’m so lost. My partner needs a recovery center for drinking/drug addiction and he’s been struggling with this for the past 2-3 years now. Long story short, I’m not sure I understand which insurance will help cover some of these costs. There’s no way we can pay out of pocket and I feel like I’m about to lose hope. If anyone has knowledge on the matter, I would really appreciate the help! I’m getting desperate here.

Some context: He works is a contract worker and he might try to get insurance through his work but we need guidance on which is the right insurance that will help the most with this situation.

The recovery center we are interested in is either the Luna one or the council on recovery so if anyone has better suggestions, I’m also open to learning more about this as well.
