Inspection places that will pass my car with a valve cut out in the exhaust

I have an electronic valve control on the exhaust of my car. It doesn’t affect any emissions or throw any codes, just adds some noise when I leave it open, but it is visible while underneath the car. Looking for a place in the houston area that will pass it or atleast not look under the car. Don’t mind a drive
