[Inner loop] budget friendly place to get 4c hair cut short and shaped up?

Hi all. I'm looking for literally just the most basic wash n' go type style I can get. My hair is maybe 10 inches long, most of it natural with a long-since-grown-out relaxer on the ends. I just want to chop most of it off and into a basic low-maintenance shape without breaking the bank. Do you have any recommendations within the 610 loop? Willing to travel anywhere west of or near-ish 288/69.
