Ink restoration places for 1930 Western Union telegram?

I have a 1930 Western Union telegram from my grandfather in Houston to his mother in Maine. I would like to get it framed but the ink is faded. I'm concerned it will continue to fade and eventually be unreadable. Is there a local place that can do text ink restoration? submitted by /u/stimber |
