Injured stray cat

Hi y'all

I found a stray injured cat. She's really sweet but skittish. I fed her and noticed she's got an injury where it looks like her bone is exposed.

I'm not sure what I can do. I called CAP but they told me to take her to a vet since they don't accept sick animals.

I would take her myself but I lost my job and I don't have the money to pay for the vet bill.

Does anyone know how much treatment for this would cost? It looks like she might need an amputation, but I'm not sure.
