injured parrot – help finding vet

My conure was hurt by a fan and possibly hurt his neck. He’s eating and standing, but still wobbly and I’m scared something’s wrong.

I really need an affordable avian vet or low-cost clinic near Katy or even Houston (I can drive). Hoping for under $100 or anywhere that understands financial hardship.

If I can’t get help soon and he gets worse, I may have to give him up, which breaks my heart. But I really dont want him to suffer.
